Payment Agreement
A one third (1/3) down payment is due at the time of booking.
*The final payment plus a $200 refundable security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check or Money Order Payment
We will need to receive your check or money order within 7 days to hold your reservation.

*Your security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days pending an inspection of the property.
Cancellation policy
We are offering an exceptionally low rate on this property. In order to do so, we must make your 1/3 down payment nonrefundable if you cancel your reservation and we are unable to rent out that time slot. If you cancel your reservation and we are able to occupy that particular timeframe, your 1/3 down payment will be fully refundable.
