A transaction using a credit card is done through Pay Pal
Payment Agreement
A one third (1/3) down payment is due at the time of booking.
*The final payment plus a $300 refundable security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check or Money Order Payment
In order to hold your reservation, we will need to receive a check or money order for the 1/3 down payment within 7 days of booking.

*Your security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days pending an inspection of the property.
Cancellation Policy
We are offering an exceptionally low rate
on this property. In order to do so, we must make your one third (1/3)
down payment nonrefundable in the event that you cancel your reservation
and we are unable to rent out that time slot. You will be refunded your
one third (1/3) down payment if you cancel and we are able to occupy your
cancelled reservation. There will be no exceptions.
